Standard anchor
Features
Anchor type impellers are one of the most common options when dealing with high viscosity fluids. This happens because they are made to the tank size to avoid dead zones - something common with this type of fluids- and to maintain a constant flow throughout the container.
To achieve this, the smaller anchor-type impellers rotate at a maximum speed of 60 rpm - for the smaller impellers - in order to avoid vibrations and maintain maximum process efficiency.
It is possible to add scrapers to detach the product adhered to the tank, which can be designed with a plate or tubes.
