Helical-ribbon agitator
The NC(H) agitators are specifically designed for the product homogenization requiring a recirculating flow.
These agitators enable the mixing of fluids that need to maintain their optimal properties without high-shear, achieving the desired consistency thanks to their spiral design.
As a helical ribbon agitator, it pushes the fluid along the vessel and directs it downward through the center, preventing stagnation in any point. Recommended for high-viscosity products, the agitator also offers the option to integrate a second impeller if needed.
This equipment is available with a hygienic design certified by 3-A standards.
