Manual polymer preparation unit
The manual polyelectrolyte preparation unit handles batch processing during the production stages simultaneously. As with Autofloc®, the equipment can be adapted to the presentation of the polyelectrolyte.
It is worth mentioning that its main features include a high density polyethylene tank with a storage capacity of 250 to 5,000 L and resistance to highly corrosive substances. In addition, it has a pneumatic level detector, connections with PVC ball valve and a dosing pump for emulsion polymer.
The advantages of this system are: the direct dosing step, the maximum hydration of the polymer and the homogeneous consistency of the mixture.
