Rotor-stator RE(S) is a high-shear mixer micronizer, and industrial stator designed for handling high-viscosity fluids.
Its primary function is to achieve homogeneous dispersion in indivisible consistencies, utilizing high-shear force for demanding and complex processes. It is compatible with three types of stators: standard, slotted, and emulsifier, made for specific applications like solids, fibrous fluids, and smaller particle sizes.
This equipment ensures a uniform mix of immiscible fluids through high-shear processing, making it the perfect solution for intricate mixtures such as detergents, and biosolid processing.
