Rotor-stator impeller
Features
The impeller Rotor-stator gets its name from its unique two-part design. Firstly, a small radial flow turbine is located, being the one with a power supply. The second component is a static cover added to the shaft, whose job is to reduce the outlet space in order to increase the pressure and achieve a greater distribution of the flow in the container.
However, it is especially useful for emulsifying tasks, where two immiscible liquids are mixed; such is the case when making mayonnaise.
Efficiently performs gas-in-liquid dispersion processes.
