At Autmix, a leader in industrial agitation solutions, we are seeking a Bilingual Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team.

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role is critical to achieving prospecting goals and driving the company’s growth in the US market by building strong relationships with potential clients and supporting the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

    1. Contact and qualify leads and potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
    1. Research accounts and identify key players using tools like LinkedIn and Apollo.
    1. Schedule meetings with qualified potential clients to support the sales team in advancing business opportunities.
    1. Craft personalized outreach strategies to maximize response rates and engage potential clients.
    1. Use the company's CRM system to manage all follow-up activities for opportunities.
    1. Provide regular reports on activities, goals, and results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Qualifications

    1. Fully bilingual in English (spoken and written)
    1. More than 1 year of experience in technical sales, business development, or similar roles
    1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and extroverted personality.
    1. Experience using CRM tools
    1. Ability to research, identify, and engage decision-makers effectively.
    1. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
    1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
