At Autmix, leaders in fluid handling technology and solutions, we are looking to add a Sales Coordinator to our Distributions team in Mexico.
The ideal candidate will manage sales, provide outstanding technical and commercial support, and develop strong relationships with clients and key partners in the assigned region.
Your Challenges and Contributions:
- Provide advanced, accurate, and effective technical and commercial consulting.
- Prospect and analyze the market to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Manage the sales cycle, including the preparation and follow-up of technical and commercial documentation.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop technical and commercial proposals that meet process specifications.
- Verify that equipment designs and proposals are appropriate and optimal for the requested applications, ensuring that the technical solutions provided meet the client’s functional requirements.
- Ensure a flawless customer experience by offering diligent, personalized, and high-quality service.
- Maintain close and effective collaboration with the Sales Manager, providing all necessary information and ensuring a proper transfer of technical and commercial details to guarantee the correct implementation and execution of projects.
- Conduct technical-commercial visits, delivering presentations that demonstrate a deep technical and applied understanding of our equipment.
- Coordinate and collaborate with national and international distribution channels, ensuring alignment of strategies and commercial objectives.
- Effectively contribute to strategic planning and meeting regional objectives, collaborating in the design of effective commercial plans to strengthen our position in various sectors.
What We’re Looking for in You:
- Degree in industrial, mechanical, chemical, or physical engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, materials, and processes across various sectors (Food & Beverage, Cosmetic, and Pharmaceutical).
- Ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical specifications and commercial solutions.
- Autonomy and a proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development.
- A portfolio of clients in key sectors (verifiable and indispensable).
- Competence in CRM and ERP tools.
- Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with international teams and partners.
- Availability to travel and participate in industry fairs and events.
Valued Skills:
- Experience and specific knowledge of processing equipment: pumps, valves, and heat exchangers.
- Previous experience in technical sales and business development roles in the following industries: food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.
- Industry network and ability to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Presentation and communication skills that effectively convey the benefits and technical features of products and services to stakeholders.
- Additional training or certifications in consultative sales, key account management, or technical marketing.
