At Autmix, leaders in agitation technology and fluid handling solutions, we are looking to hire a Sales Coordinator for our Mixing Solutions team in Querétaro, Mexico.
The ideal candidate will manage sales, provide excellent technical and commercial support, and develop strong relationships with key customers and partners in the assigned region.
Your Challenges and Contributions:
- Provide advanced, accurate, and effective technical and commercial consulting.
- Prospect and analyze the market to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Manage the sales cycle, including the preparation and follow-up of technical and commercial documentation.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop technical and commercial proposals that meet process specifications.
- Ensure that equipment designs and proposals are suitable and optimal for the requested applications, guaranteeing that the provided technical solutions meet the customer’s functional requirements.
- Ensure an impeccable customer experience by offering diligent, personalized, and high-quality service.
- Maintain close and effective collaboration with the Project Manager, providing all necessary information and ensuring the correct transfer of technical and commercial details to guarantee the proper implementation and execution of projects.
- Conduct technical-commercial visits, delivering presentations that demonstrate a deep technical and applied knowledge of our equipment.
- Coordinate and collaborate with national and international distribution channels, ensuring alignment of strategies and commercial objectives.
- Effectively contribute to strategic planning and regional goal fulfillment, collaborating on the design of effective commercial plans to strengthen the company's position in various sectors.
What We’re Looking for in You:
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Physics, or related engineering fields.
- Knowledge in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, materials, and mixing processes across various sectors (food, cosmetics, chemical, mining, etc.).
- Ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical specifications and commercial solutions.
- Autonomy and a proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development.
- Client portfolio in key sectors (verifiable).
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP tools.
- Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with international teams and partners.
- Availability to travel and participate in trade fairs and industry events.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience and specific knowledge in agitation and mixing equipment and fluid handling systems.
- Previous experience in technical sales and business development roles in areas such as: food industry, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, mining, water treatment, oil & gas, among others.
- Industry network and ability to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Presentation and communication skills that facilitate the effective transmission of product and service benefits and technical features to stakeholders.
- Additional training or certifications in consultative sales, key account management, or technical marketing.
